Submission Rules/ Regulations

You must be 18 years or older to submit a reservation request. One form per household. A valid credit card will be needed to complete any reservation. Upon completion a CONFIRMATION email will be sent out for your records. No charges will be assessed until check in date and time.

For reservations within 48 hrs please call: 808-324-0442.

HLSI upholds its 24hr cancellation policy for reservations and 72hr cancellation policy for reservations of 5 or more and Private/Exclusive Guides. 100% cancellation charge will apply. No charges for bad weather/ surf conditions.
